A Few Musings about the Acclaimed Business Leader Naveen Jain: Factual Altruism at Its Foremost
31 August 2009In all likelihood you will have come across Mr. Naveen Jain in connection with him being the CEO & co-founder of Intelius, Inc. the information commerce company. Well beyond having made the Forbes list “400 Richest in America” 2000, this enterprising businessman has gained a variety of notable awards, foremost the Albert Einstein Technology Medal, the WSA Industry Achievement Award, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, to name merely a few of them. But that is certainly not where it ends. Because Naveen Jain and his relatives are equally as passionate about their charity acts and will attempt to aid others whenever they are able to.
Our children truly are this world’s most treasured resource. They are moreover a main motivation for this enterprising man and he takes any opportunity available to aid them. This is why he is always intensely using every chance available to help needy young people wherever it seems even remotely doable. Hence Naveen Jain, his kin and the staff at Intelius, Inc. have decided to follow up in earnest: they give their time to charities such as the Overlake Service League, United Way, and the Children’s Hospital. They will give ample monetary support but more importantly they commit their time and care to the most needy and vulnerable children. Mr. Jain also helps the Children’s Hospital in an effort to restore children’s health too.
As Jain is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and XLRI Jamshedpur, it is no wonder that formal training is a tremendously important prerogative within his humanitarian operations. This also encompasses causes and good causes that range from the local to the global. Accordingly Intelius and its co-founder are actively sponsoring deserving causes and establishments such as the University of Washington, the Rotary Club and the Vedic Cultural Center.
Feeding the planet’s starving is yet another essential objective to Naveen Jain and his folks and it is of no concern in the least to him whether it is a baby in Houston or Somalia, or an old lady from Bangkok or Dacca needing help. Although Naveen is cognizant that the enterprise of getting food for all the planet’s starving is an eminently colossal one, he also knows that the unattainable can factually come to be possible assuming the whole world works together. If this business leader really gets his way, there will be a decisive cessation to squalor and starvation in the world in the future.
One could suppose that functioning as the man in fully responsible for a flourishing company plus being a devoted family man would provide him with little or no room for volunteering and support. However, he sees to it that each of his philanthropic undertakings obtains all the aid he can conceivably donate. Indeed this indefatigably energetic entrepreneur is undeniably much more than merely some ordinary business trailblazer. He is (even more importantly) an absolutely extraordinary personality and an authentic pillar of his community.
